Raised Floor System
Raised Floor is a system of elevated structural floor designed for creation of a hidden void for divided space for passage of
electrical services and indoors. Hongseong Industrial started to produce automotive soundproof and dustproof products
where lightweight products are required and now Hongseong contributes development and supply of IMO certified products for
all kinds of vessels from cruise to off-shore, warship and patrol boats.
DeckDyne® HH-100
Alu honeycomb type
Simple plain Hivetecks with aluminum sleeve fixture or direct self-tapping screw into the panel to sub-frames.
The sub-frame structure will be a steel square pipe with pre-welded modules. It’s the most economic option for a series of
raised floors and easy for installation on site.

DeckDyne® HH-200
Alu honeycomb type for military
DeckDyne HH-200 is developed for lightweight RAF requirements especially in the military. Edge reinforcement assembled
Hivetecks with PVC sleeve fixture and plastic screw into the panel to sub-frames. This product, which is applied to major central
control rooms, including CIC (Combat Information Center) of the vessels, is to easily dismantle the floors in case of an emergency
and repair the emergency facilities below the panel.

Alu profile type for offshore
DeckDyne HL-100 is an aluminum profile structure applied to offshore sectors and is developed for easy installation,
flexibility, rigidity, and a minimum of maintenance. The products can bear up to 2,000 kg and be available for a wider and
larger panel as required. DeckDyne HL-100 meets the Norsok standard.

DeckDyne® Steel Cone
Steel concrete type
Steel con type of RAF is a relatively heavy-weight structure that can bear up to 2,000 kg of heavy load depends on
the pedestal interval distance. Due to the simple pedestal system of the product applied for shipbuilding and offshore,
construction time can be dramatically reduced. The product is met by BS standard and IMO 653 fire test procedures codes.
